Do I need my own bots, proxies or accounts?
No. On any drop we're covering, the infrastructure is ours — that's the service. If you'd rather we run your own profiles or accounts on a particular release, say so when you apply and we'll set it up.
Which retailers do you actually run?
The big four for Pokémon — Target, Walmart, Best Buy and GameStop — plus Pokémon Center when it opens, and one-off regionals when the allocation makes it worth the effort. The calendar lists exactly what's covered ahead of each drop rather than after it.
How do I know a checkout is really mine?
Two ways. It appears in your dashboard tied to your seat, and the confirmation email arrives from the retailer directly, not forwarded by us. Tracking numbers land in the same order record as they're issued.
What happens if an order gets cancelled?
Invoices are settled after the cancellation window closes, so a voided order simply never makes it onto one. If a cancellation lands after settlement, it's credited against the next drop.
Can I leave?
There's nothing recurring, so there's nothing to cancel. Sit a season out and your seat, your order history and your cost basis are still there when you come back.
What does signing in with Discord actually hand over?
Your Discord user ID, username and avatar — that's the whole scope. We can't read your messages, your DMs or the other servers you're in, and we never post as you. The ID is only there so your checkouts attach to the right person. Revoke it from Discord's Authorised Apps page any time and the dashboard simply stops opening.
